Use of the service
MwanduHub is provided for legitimate organization administration, accountability and record management. Users must only access information they are authorized to use and must not misuse accounts, records, documents or other members' information.
Organization administrators
Group creators and authorized officials are responsible for entering accurate information, assigning appropriate roles, configuring transparency settings and ensuring that their organization's use of member information is lawful.
Accounts and security
Accounts are personal to the assigned user. Users must protect passwords and report suspected compromise. Attempts to bypass access controls or obtain another organization's records are prohibited.
Subscriptions
Access to update functions may depend on the organization's trial or subscription status. Expired organizations may retain read-only access as implemented by the platform until an eligible subscription is verified.
